At Aurelia Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@aurelialabs.shop.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once we review your request, we'll work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you receive an unopened product and believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before returning anything.
Do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurelialabs.shop.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@aurelialabs.shop.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law.
Where required by law, eligible customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
